Four stars due to missing piece

Missing one strike plate so gets four stars. Plus, the screws are very shallow so if you are putting into an exisitng door, they just spin. Needed to buy drywall screws to make them work.

  • Installing a keyed entry knob lock requires drilling new holes in your door, which can be difficult for inexperienced DIYers and may damage the door

Nice quality, easy install.

Great price, came in a 2-pack. The "brushed bronze" is a great look and the knob is of good quality. Very easy to install. That's my review.

Pricey; get some help when installing; locks nicely & vintage look

The black vintage knob with lock is very pretty and once you get everything to line up correctly it locks wonderful, the directions are not very detailed but this is a simple job & also the first time I’ve changed a door knob; one issue I had is once I got both knobs in the door it was hard to see and get the white plastic lock piece to line up with the other lock piece on the other knob because it moves very easily so it helps if you hold the part of the knob that moves when locked and…

It broke a month in

It was lighter than I thought it would be. Figured it would still work okay.It broke within a month. Ended up running to Lowes and getting a better quality one with a dead bolt for a similar price.

Smaller than advertised

The knob itself is 1/4” smaller than advertised. I carefully measured it with calipers. Maybe this is not critical for you, but when you are trying to match up to other door knobs in your house, it might be. Also, the knob I received looks almost black and less aged bronze. Lastly, the spindle is plastic and may wear over time. It’s hard to find a round, aged bronze bath lockset that is not keyed so I kept it and it serves it’s purpose.

replaced door knob to match color of dead bolt

price was right, and matched the color we had already purchased for a keyless deadbolt. shipping was extremely fast, and pleased with purchase.
