This panel produces a lot of power for its size. I have older 40w panels and this panel is 1/4 the size and works great. Very impressed so far. I had it on my boat with an inexpensive charge controller and it kept my battery fully charged during lifts. I'll probably end up buying a few more of these and a few larger ones as I have many uses for them.

I'm tired of running generators and trucks that didn't have regular battery idolaters. I will install one for each as they will be stored long term and will keep the tension. The magnets I installed have a pull force of 88# on each corner so they don't get blown off when driving on the freeway or in strong winds. I'll give this one 5 stars but the rest of the time will be a real challenge.

A well built panel that exceeded my expectations. It is very well built, with a rigid aluminum frame and is well sealed (except for the terminal box). The connection box is located on the underside of the panel and is therefore well protected from the weather. In direct sunlight I have measured an output current of >1.5A. An external regulator is required to control the charge rate of a 12V battery.

The 5w panel I purchased with the gate opener kit was not enough to keep the battery fully charged. Bought this product based on the price and positive reviews. Mounts to the mounting arm that comes with the smaller plate, just needs to drill an extra hole. This item includes a handy plastic quick connector for the output cable. Measured power in Florida Full Sun = 19V, 0.6A (current below specs but still sufficient)

I'm just getting started on my solar energy adventure, but this panel seems to be helping. I installed it off axis at a fairly high latitude and was impressed with its performance. I haven't measured the output power directly, but the output power of the voltage drop across the diode indicates that it is suitable for rated power. It's been running outside my barn for months now. No problems to report, just constant, reliable power (when clouds interact).

Used to maintain battery charge on a UTV. Really helps with cold weather starting. The frame and glass fit well together, but I added silicone sealant to ensure it's waterproof. The only drawback of this element is the location of the mounting holes - they are located on the bottom of the frame, which makes installation inconvenient.
