Great way keep track and manage fire investigations

The best part of this program was how easy it made creating our radio reports for dispatch using their built in features! I wish there were more options regarding font size as some times we had problems reading certain words due to small text sizes (especially when adding pictures). It's great having all your information available at once without multiple programs open just like they would be doing if you're out responding directly from them instead of being able to access everything right…

  • Easy way around system with minimal training required.

Needed and valuable software implemented quickly with excellent customer service

The ease of use for our department has been very helpful when it comes time to create reports in different formats or export information into other applications like excel without having to open up multiple programs at once! I do wish there was more automation within certain areas but this will come as we continue using NGENX longer. Keep your expectations high because you may find some things are not user friendly right away however they can be easily fixed by going through training sessions…

  • It also allows me to print labels directly off my computer screen rather than needing another application such as Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Very beneficial!!! Additionally, customer support provides excellent assistance whenever needed whether its technical issues related to software updates etc..or simply answering questions about how something works
