Great Software For Customer Support

I like how easy ngDesk is to use. I can set up tickets, assign them to different people, create customer support workflows, and set up follow-ups. The customer support team is very professional. I really love that it is cloud-based. It is extremely easy to access the help desk from anywhere and on any device. I dislike that it is expensive and requires annual dues, but that's the price you pay for being so professional. We're solving our ticket volume with this software, as well as the time it

Works great for us and happy clients

The best thing about this platform was that it gave more options in terms of pricing structure as well which made things better than other competitors out there at lower price points too!The UI/UX can be slightly improved but overall working with them has not been an issue yet either, they do what you ask them when asked by customers!! Great product management team & friendly sales people who are always willing answer questions (even those off-topic ones!) We had used many different tools…

Great Software For Customer Support
