Might have gotten a few bad ones and I'll be honest the lights worked great until some of the diodes stopped working. (I have 5 of these lights and 3 of them still work great.) You can't tell unless you're looking for it, but I know. And that's all that matters. If all the diodes were still working, the 5th start would easily catch fire. has a longer power cord than cheap 27 watt bulbs.

These things are great. They will light up the night sky like July 4th. Who needs headlights when you've got these things? The only negative thing about these tubes is that they put out good stereo noise when switched on. But seriously, who cares? If you want to see everything that glows in the dark at night and for a ridiculously cheap price, buy these lights. Don't think about it like me, just buy them. Please.

Pretty easy install if you put it on top. My bar wasn't that easy due to the inverted setup I chose. But where there's Bill, there's a way. I had to install rubber grommets to get the mount low enough for the headlights to be adjusted. It worked out in the end and I'm still very happy with my purchase. Very cool lights. They are quite meaty and weigh 3 pounds. They're built as solid as stone and feel like they can take a hit. However, the radiation pattern on them is definitely closer to a tide than a slick, but that's what I was aiming for, so it suits me.
