save your money in fruit and vegetable tools

I got as much if not more juice from my lemons by hand squeezing them. Also, mine had some chipped paint that got worse after a use or two. What a waste. I've had much more success with Sweep.

Too small for lemons but works well with limes.

Sold as a lemon squeezer but it's too small. A few years ago I bought another Norpro juicer; Marketed as a lime squeezer, it featured a polished finish and hard handles. When I ordered this I assumed it would be larger than a lime squeezer; it's not - it's the same size as a lime squeezer. If you want to squeeze the juice out of a lime, that's fine. If you want to extract juice from lemons, use a larger orange - this works great with lemons. I'm sending this one back.

  • Well built

  • I'm nervous

Great design

Extremely smart design for easy and efficient squeezing of lemons. There was one almost identical to this one (maybe an older version) and I just wore it out. Be very sure to use it properly because it defies common sense. My wife tried it and said it sucked. That's because she flipped half a lemon. You look at the round shape and think, obviously the round part of the lemon half fits into the round part of the device. This is the back, the flat side of the cut half of the lemon, pointing…

  • Great design
Cons
  • Wrinkled packaging

IF YOU DON'T NEED IT, YOU MAY BE USING THE WRONG ONE!

If you use this juicer (or any similar one - there are several brands here at Revain) CORRECTLY, you will LOVE it. Place the lemon, skin side up, in the juicer's "bowl". This goes against common sense. Our natural tendency is to place fruit skin-side down in the bowl. Place the fruit skin side up and the juicer WORKS GREAT! This will almost turn the lemon inside out and squeeze out a LARGE percentage of the juice. (No mechanical juicer will catch every last drop.) So, with all due respect to…
