This light is easy to install and looks great. I ordered 1 and ordered a second after the first was delivered. I used 3 equivalent 40W Edison bulbs.

I wish I had looked at the reviews first! I also bought 3 of these lights because I like the look of them, but one of the spheres has already fallen off for no apparent reason and is now broken. Unfortunately I have no choice but to order a new one or replace all 3 lights in the hallway. So disappointing!

Loved the look. Both installed. An hour later, the first fell and crashed. I checked the second one a few times to make sure it's safe. A week later he fell in the middle of the night and crashed. The bases are still perfectly secure, but the lids just fell off for unknown reasons. So disappointed because I liked the look.

Zero stars if we could! Easy to install and looked great until less than 2 hours later we heard the glass crack and the whole thing shattered and fell to the ground! We had a low wattage LED bulb that produced minimal, if any, heat. It was a disaster and very dangerous! We were lucky that nobody was injured. return for refund.

I was looking for a gold recessed light for my dressing room. It was very easy to assemble and it is simple. The gold finish is perfect. The only downside for me was that I bought the brightest bulbs and the cover dims them a bit. So if you intend to use these somewhere where you need light, by no means buy soft white bulbs or bulbs with a yellow tint. And as always, the delivery was great.

That's the quality of a $30 lamp. You get what you pay for. The way the lampshade "twirls" is poor engineering. The silver reflective insulation is what you see when you look into the light. I have ordered 3. One was broken when we received it. It looks like someone else tried to install and hacked it. We left the other two because of their installation location. We will replace them when we find something better and more appropriate for the location.

Very modern and beautiful. Ease of installation. There are two "rings" with screws. One has long screws, the other short ones. The long screws should go up and through the holes in the glass. I suspect the people who dropped and broke the glass got that part wrong. My only disappointment is that there are a few "bubbles" in the glass. probably 4-5 1/8 inch imperfections that are not chips but within the glass. Last weekend I installed two of these lights in a rental I was renovating. The goods were very well packed. The glass cylinder was protected on all sides with at least 3 inches of styrofoam. The installation process was easy and only took a few minutes per lamp. There's no insulation between the bracket and the mounting box, meaning it's easier to route the screws in place without crap falling in your eyes (maybe not good if you're mounting them on a poorly insulated upstairs ceiling assemble).
