Not for me: vitamins, minerals and supplements

It made me really sick. I started taking half a day and after the illness I reduced it to a quarter. After a week of trying to cope with the disease (I want amazing benefits so much), I stopped taking it. A week and a half later I'm still nauseous and my stomach hurts all the time. (I went to the doctor.) I will try another brand with better ingredients. They don't taste terrible, but they definitely don't taste good. They are very chalky, which is to be expected. I really liked the idea ofโ€ฆ

Great for a naughty daughter

I bought these for my 9 year old daughter. She's usually very sweet, but she always had a terrible moodiness when something changed or she didn't get her way. Her moodiness became extreme and affected her relationship with our family. After reading a book about the benefits of 5 HTP for anxiety and frustration, I decided to give it a try. I give my daughter this pill at night as well as 1mg of melatonin and it has changed my life. The last month has been very different and I really can't relate

I say give it a try and see if it works for you, everyone is different. Seems to give me energy and keeps me going!

Difficult to say as I started taking it maybe 2 weeks ago and have missed a day or 2 here and there. I was also taking DLPA which I ran out of a few days ago as well as Ashwagandha which I was taking daily for say 6 weeks if I remember. So it's hard to say, but my energy, outlook and mood were better and I was under a lot of stress. I don't seem to think about negative things as much as I did a month ago and don't let things upset me anymore. Maybe it's a combination of things, who knows. Theโ€ฆ
