I was shocked when I used it once and the metal part and sponge part fell apart and are unusable. I wrote to the Cedar Company and they never replied. do not recommend!

I have been using this product (replacement parts) for over a decade and it has always worked great. They are durable and well made. I think the one star ratings are BS issued by a competitor.

I am very glad I found this mop head. I guess they don't make it anymore as it's sold out and I only found it at Revain. Works as expected. I'll be ordering another one to have on hand in case Revane runs out!

O Cedar regularly changes the design of the handle, so from time to time you may need to buy a new mop instead of just buying replacement nozzles. It's a disgusting practice and there's no way of telling when the redesign will happen. So if you get a new refill that doesn't work, you'll either have to seek a refund or spend the good money after the bad and invest in a new pen.BU!

I also found it almost impossible to replace the head. However, the instructions clearly state that the head must be fully opened before removing and replacing the jaws. After the frustration of the non-removable sponge subsided, I forced my head open fully and then felt stupid for not doing it in the first place. I would suggest that negative reviewers flex their muscles, open their heads fully and reevaluate their reviews. Durability is another issue.

If you order a Pro Scrub from this company you will not receive what you see in the picture. I've bought a few replacement brush heads before and after checking a local store I found that the new replacement brush heads are: 1. a much cheaper design (there are no real brushes anymore, only fake fabric brushes) 2. where it is not called Power Scrub. I have had the Vileda "Roll-O-Matic" mop for six years now. I think during that time I had to replace the original mop head once. The Vileda roller wringing system worked really well and did a great job of squeezing out as much dirty water as possible. In addition, the ribbed structure of the mop head is excellent at loosening the dirt my dogs find on the kitchen floor.
