Description of 🖨️ High-Quality Octave Grey ABS Filament Printers: Premium 3D Printing Solutions

STRONG AND DURABLE 3D PRINTS - ABS is one of the plastic filament materials most commonly used for 3D printing. It produces durable 3D printed models that have higher resistance to heat and are less brittle than those printed with some other popular 3D printing materials (like PLA). HIGH QUALITY ABS FILAMENT - Octave engineered its ABS filament to work at a wide extruder temperature range, and manufactures it to tight tolerances using quality materials, so it works smoothly and consistently. PROFESSIONAL 3D PRINTED MODELS - Models printed with Octave ABS filament are tougher, more durable, and more heat resistant than models 3D printed with PLA, and have more in common with mass-produced plastic models and parts. Octave ABS can be sanded, glued, and painted, as well as post processed in an acetone vapor bath for a smoother, glossy finish. WIDE COMPATIBILITY - Octave ABS filament prints at temperatures from 210-250°C, so it works well with most 3D printers that support 1.75mm ABS filament, like Raise3D, ZMorph, Afinia, FlashForge, Creality, Fusion3 F410, UP, PrintrBot, MakerGear, Solidoodle, CraftBot, and others (80-120°C heated print bed strongly recommended, external spool holder may be required—always check your printers’ specifications). SPECIFICATIONS - Color = grey, Material = ABS, Filament diameter = 1.75mm, Print temperature = 210-250°C, Recommended print bed temperature = 80-120°C, Spool capacity = 1kg (2.2lb), Filament length = 400m (approximate), Reel diameter = 16cm (6.30”), Reel width = 9cm (3.54”), Hub diameter = 3.5cm (1.38”), Hub width = 8.5cm (3.35”).

Octave 1.75mm ABS Filament

I find the 1.75mm Octave ABS Filament to be of high quality and products made from it have a luster and smooth finish. The only issues I've found with it, which I'll probably just have to get used to, is that the filament itself is a lot less flexible than other manufacturers, and at least when used with a MakerBot printer you need to make sure that it goes off the rails. beautiful and straight. It has a natural kink because it's on a spool that tends to fight you until it goes up the guide…

5 out of 6 not too bad

I have bought several of these printers in different colors. Yellow had several problems.1. When winding, the thread caught and a broken loop stuck out. Not sure where along the line this is. You either have to pay close attention or just throw away the part he's doing when it's over. 2. The shrink wrap they wrap around each spool to hold them tight has melted a bit. When I removed it to load the spool, I had to pick up a lot of dirt from the individual strands. In the end I gave up and just…

Good choice for ABS filament!

After much research I finally bought my first black Octave ABS Filament for my Afinia 3D Printer and MakerBot Replicator 2X. At the time I was only using another brand's premium filament, I needed something economical and stable, clog-free, for my work (3D architectural buildings, models and prototypes). The prints were attractive enough, and the quality of this filament rivals premium brands, I can hardly tell which model was which (it's almost like comparing 720p to 1080p on a 32-inch TV…
