Paint Sucks in my review

Install was not bad. (But the paint job SUCKS!)Less than a year paint started to flaking off 3 months in, now just less than a year large pieces flaking inside and outside. spend extra and get another brand.

Pros
  • Bought for sizing and did what to spend much money.
Cons
  • Directions are poorly written. I had to purchase additional tools to help with the installation.

Every bolt was cross threaded

Received the product and every rivnut was cross threaded, had to retap every last one before trying to install. The welds on the fenders also broke on transport. The holes on the fenders dont fully line up so you have to put your full body weight on the fender to get it place. They upside to them they look good.

Pros
  • Helps to keep your vehicle's wheels clean and well-maintained
Cons
  • May create additional strain on the suspension and drivetrain

You get what you pay for

I wish I took some pics. Had these on my 2016 JKU for one year. They started coming apart and the paint was gone…showing nothing but rust underneath. Spend some more money and get a set that will last you.

Pros
  • Improves the off-road capabilities of your vehicle
Cons
  • May detract from the overall functionality of the Jeep

Paint comes off after couple of months

It was easy to install, the price was alright for the quality, quality is bad, but at least i didnt pay hundreds, still im dissatisfiedPpaint comes off after a couple of months, mine is all rusty looking now and i bought it on feb 2022

Pros
  • Highly durable and capable of withstanding harsh conditions
Cons
  • May require professional installation for proper fitment

Poor Coating on my review.

Installed the fender flares less than 2 months ago. Haven't taken them off road yet, and already the finish is bubbling and peeling off on both sides. Besides the terrible coating they put on them, they were easy to install and look good

Pros
  • Easy to install with basic hand tools
Cons
  • May be excessively noisy when driving on paved roads

Strong and for snug

I love the look. Installation did take some time. Did not know a rahm gun was needed. I used ratchets and wrenches and broke a lot of bolts. But the end results are nice. And they are pretty strong

Pros
  • Easy to install, overall great for price, had to buy separate hardware to install
Cons
  • I haven’t had them installed on my car a full year and this is happening.

Paint flakes in my review

This product is great for the money, but I would suggest stripping it and painting it yourself with something a little more durable before you install. Mine started bubbling and flaking after 2 months or so.

Pros
  • Provides improved overall stability and balance
Cons
  • May not be compatible with certain lift kits or suspension upgrades

Overall good for the price

The fenders were shipped in thin packaging and had a couple of chips of powder coat missing. (Not a big deal to me the jeep already has battle scars). Instructions are pretty good but you do need a tool to install with the supplied fasteners. No one had on local and i need to get them installed asap so I went and bought barrel nuts to install the fenders with.

Pros
  • Protects the paint on your vehicle
Cons
  • May not fit certain tire sizes

Rivnut tool not included

I like the look and the durability of these fenders. They were easy to install once I got a rivnut tool. Trying to install the rivnuts with wrenches nearly broke my knuckles.

Pros
  • These fenders are less than a year old already falling apart
Cons
  • Had only a month and paint is coming off in big pieces and rusting.

Almost good best in my review

Went on easy as could be but the powder coat is pretty terrible. After a year they are rusting through the finish. I will probably strip them and have a local powder coater fix them.

Pros
  • Not impressed at all with the quality of these fenders.
Cons
  • If you dont have a special tool to place the bolt holders. Use a hammer

They are ok on my review.

Wish they would of said how to install them because you have to buy a Rahm gun and with that I actually installed them in another way

Pros
  • Enhances the aerodynamic shape of your vehicle
Cons
  • May be difficult to remove once installed

Look great in my review

These were easy to install. May cause additional strain on the suspension and braking systems. I didn't like that I had to go buy a special tool to install them but they look great.

Pros
  • Provides superior protection against rocks, gravel and other rough terrain hazards
Cons
  • May cause additional strain on the suspension and braking systems

Paint flakes after a year

Ok. So they went on a little tight and needed a tool. No big deal. However. It's like no primer was on the metal. I just finished wire brushing all the flaking paint and am spraying undercoat on them. I hope it fixes it. I really hate having to uninstall and refinish product.

Pros
  • Adds extra style and flair to your vehicle
Cons
  • May require drilling or cutting for installation

Right rear fender wrong/different texture.

Right rear fender had a different texture than the other three, it is shinier, and visibly very different. The two pictures above show the difference. I would like all four fenders to match.

Pros
  • Adds character and personality to your vehicle
Cons
  • May interfere with the operation of the vehicle’s door handles or locks

DO NOT BUY! good for me

Bought in August. All fender flares have severely chipped and rusted. They have also loosened from the vehicle. You get what you pay for.

Pros
  • Adds an element of excitement to your off-road adventures
Cons
  • May create additional drag when driving at high speeds

Work great but you will have to repaint within 6 mos

I like the simplicity of the design but had to buy a special tool to install the mounting nuts, and the coating on mine flaked off within 6 mos.

Pros
  • Protects your vehicle from mud, rocks, debris and other road hazards
Cons
  • May interfere with tire modifications or upgrades

Rusted out pretty quick

I put these on my jeep 2 years ago. I would recommend rhino liner or something similar before installing to make them last.

Pros
  • Provides a sleek and stylish look to your Jeep
Cons
  • May restrict airflow to the engine and cooling systems

Revainrating 2 out of 5

expect to repaint in 3 months

The finish on this product is terrible. I don't know if its due to improper application or prep, but the black "powder coating" flaked off in large chucks on all 4 flares. If your ok with repainting your fender flares, this is the product for you.

Pros
  • Acts as an extra barrier against road hazards, minimizing damage to your vehicle or tires
Cons
  • May trap dirt and debris, leading to long-term damage

Don't buy, rusted almost immediately

Put them on my jeep, then took off for deployment, wofe texted me a month later and told me they rusted over That's my review!

Pros
  • Provides better visibility when driving in extreme conditions
Cons
  • May not provide enough clearance for larger brake calipers

Durability. for my opinion

Installing the fenders was the easy part. After several months, & I rarely drive my Jeep which is what I used the fenders for, & the paint on the fenders peel. Not a good paint job. They need to use better quality paint. Furthermare, my Jeep is under a carp which doesn't suffer any weather issues. Durability is definitely not there!

Pros
  • Body & Trim
Cons
  • May increase wind drag and reduce fuel efficiency
