Perfect Solution For Reservation Tracking And Guest Information

The platform is easy enough for anyone in our department or with basic computer knowledge, it's also very intuitive! It was not as user friendly when we first started using but they are constantly adding new features which makes everything easier than ever before. We can easily track guest information (check ins/out) without having to do any data entry ourselves anymore! This has saved us so much time by allowing us to focus more of that energy into customer service rather then just answering…

RoomRates' simple yet effective reservation management

The simplicity of this platform is great! It doesn't have tons of features but what it does, it's very efficient at showing exactly where problems are in the system as well as giving you an overview of how others use your software. There isn't much I dislike about it, other than that sometimes there will be minor glitches with certain parts of our website (such as booking). Overall though, we love using their tool for tracking reservations made through multiple channels (website, mobile app…
