One SMART Sheet Patients Assist Review

My mother is in a nursing home. She becomes numb when she goes to bed and has more dead weight. It really helps me get into the right position and prevents the caregiver from injuring herself getting up in bed.

Bought 2 for my mother who passed quickly without needing it. When I got home from hospice and bereavement, the window was closed (I came back 06/15, delivered 05/15). So if you are not sure, do not buy. I have a $100 product in the original packaging that is unusable.

Bought to help my elderly grandmother. Almost too slippery but it helps her. Very happy with this product and glad I made the purchase. Received exactly as described. Does what the product description says. Would buy this item again and recommend it.

I ended up buying 2 of these but I only had to sew one into a tube which I ended up doing to make it easier to rotate. It seems designed to slide up and down the bed rather than roll, and rolling is my biggest issue. However, using it as a tube helped a little.

I've been watching this sheet for at least 6 months but the price has put me off buying sooner. What difference does it make when you have to turn a person in bed who cannot help and sometimes works against you. It has become easier for all of us, both patients and those who care for them! I also appreciate that it's waterproof, even in the event of a minor accident when the diaper is removed for a change.

This product does an excellent job transporting a disabled woman that I care for at home. She weighs about 300 pounds and a disproportionate amount of her weight is in her bottom half. Due to her disability, she cannot lie down and is always in a sitting position, so her weight is concentrated on the part of her body she is sitting on. Excellent product. and the price is fair. I often have to move my mother as she takes care of herself and cannot move any part of her body. You need 2 sheets if you are the only one moving the patient. One sheet is needed to go under the body and the other is above it, and the top sheet is the one used to pull them up or flip them. The presence of the second bottom sliding sheet allows the top sheet to slide easily over the bottom sheet and the actual bedding is not disturbed and does not leave

When my mother broke her pelvis, it was very hard and painful for her to get in and out of the car. My cousin, a physical therapist, recommended this sheet to me.
