I have always used this brand with my own mouthguards. Usually this material is strong, which agrees with the reviews of others. However, this latest version seems to be quite weak. There is a slight minty flavor and a slight tingling sensation in the gums, but after leaving it for more than 20 minutes there was no effect. Usually if you left it on for too long your mouth would burn like crazy. After a few months I could not see any improvement.

I ordered 35% because I'm a dental assistant and just found out how strong it could actually be? This gel is similar to battery acid when applied to the gums. I was a little lazy wiping the extra gum gel between my two front teeth and my gums feel like several layers of skin have been peeled off and sacrificed to the tooth fairy! It will absolutely whiten your teeth. . . as well as your gums, so be careful when applying. Happy bleaching!

I used a 20% solution but hated wearing mouthguards for so long that I didn't use them as often as I should have. After using this higher concentration just three times for half an hour each time, I noticed a significant difference. I especially like that it's fragrance-free - without the addition of artificial flavors, the whitening process is quite uncomfortable. I had no burning or other side effects. Excellent stuff.

I applied the gel to my custom whitening trays and it immediately started burning my gums, I couldn't hold it for more than 10 seconds because it was so painful. I don't recommend it at all. I have used other products such as strips and of course whitening at the dentist and none of them had the same effect on me, I am very disappointed.

I have used this bleach several times. I don't like the taste of mint and it really works. I highly recommend it. Do not use it more often than recommended or your gums will become sensitive. This is an addendum to my review: I was going to open a fresh tube and the tip was already removed. The whole tip was bent to one side, and when you squeezed the syringe, the product pushed out of the tube in the wrong place. Pretty disappointing for the price I paid, hence deducting two stars.
