Very handy trailer accessory

This allowed me to cut and connect my tow harness without cutting the factory wires. I use one side as a pass-through and cut off the connector on the other side so I can connect the wires to my light bar.

Pros
  • Happy so far
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Use for extra headlights on a car

I use this on my van when I also tow our car on a trolley. The trolley has headlights, but with this device I can add additional magnetic headlights to the car. Works great and was a very inexpensive method of temporary lighting.

Pros
  • Excellent design
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Great value for money - trailer accessory

I need a Y splitter to power a backup camera and other devices at the same time. Most trailer splitters I've seen use 1 to 2 smaller wires. I like these thicker wires and they are just the right length. The fact that a wire guard is installed is a bonus.

Pros
  • Decent performance

Trailer Flat 4 Pin Y Adapter

Product arrived on time and appears to be of good quality. About 6-8 inches long. The only downside was that both cables were in a plastic bundle and weren't very reliable. I need to add another piece of plastic loom and secure it with strong tape. Create 2 separate lines.

Pros
  • Free for educational use
Cons
  • Safety

Works as it should

This is a 4 pin splitter. Does exactly what it should. I have home made LED lights on the back of my truck and they use 2 poles for power. I also have a hitch light that needs a full 4. I had to decide beforehand which one I wanted to use. Now I can use both! Seems well made and I'm very happy with it. I just wish I could find it in a store nearby.

Pros
  • Nice thing
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Failed quickly. - Trailer Accessory

I had an LED strip that plugged into my trailer's 4 pin connector, but I also needed to hook up trailer lights so I bought this splitter. Less than a week later, the left headlights were not working on either the lane or the trailer. I removed the splitter and hooked up the light bar and trailer lights individually and they worked great. Trailer Lights and Strip Lights are low voltage LEDs, so the only possible explanation is a splinter. I will turn back.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Almost never

It would be a decent product if not for a dime.

Looks solid but the wire ends don't even have tape on them. I know it's just duct tape, but if you don't seal it, the duct tape will rip off. One of the reasons I chose this one over the caps was the fact that its wires were coiled and it was done wrong. I can't stand half-finished work. Before anyone says it, they should at least have the base wrapped if they wanted to leave it so you can pull out one of the joints to get an inch or two more flexibility.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
