It works Looks different to all Oral-B interchangeable heads as the center is entirely green rather than a little dark blue like the photo. My box came in a box of what I think is German. Might be real, might be fake. I'm deducting two stars as it's very important to send an item that looks different than the picture, but overall it WORKS, I won't be returning

These work as expected and are really good value compared to what other toothbrush brands have cost me in the past. However, when the product arrived I was unable to read the packaging as it was in a completely different language. Not a big deal I guess, but definitely not a profit destined for sale to US consumers.

I have worked as a dental manager for about 10 years and have always taken such good care of my teeth that I have never had tooth decay in my life. I am very careful about my mouth/teeth and how I care for them. At the dental office where I worked, we always recommend Oral-B and we all have them at home. I like how it cleans, great toothbrush. You only have one set of teeth, maintain them and use Oral-B... 😀

I really like the Oral-B toothbrush system and while I'm pretty sure there are followers of ALL brush styles, I personally vote for this one. When I first used it, I felt a different result and haven't changed type since. I get sloppy at times when it comes to brushing, but this style head gets me back on the straight and narrow path. Can't say enough good things about it.
