The fact that it is so easy to use, with all its features right there at your fingertips! I love how quick our office can get images from this machine. It's great when you need them quickly, but also have time to go through each image individually if necessary. I have been using their office since they started up, when there was only one location so that made it easy! The doctor who runs this practice is very nice as well! They always check with me before doing any procedures or x-rays just making sure what I want done will be right for my health care needs. It has made my life easier by making it easy to share images across platforms, such as emailing via Dropbox or sending an invoice with a QR code. I dislike that our website doesn't look like other companies sites which makes us feel out of place amongst the rest. But i have faith they will get this fixed soon!
