Attention, people with small hands

This thing makes the controller a lot heavier. So if you have small hands, be careful. The extra support feels great and resists sweating. I haven't tried it yet, and I probably won't try it on purpose. The only major downside is that the headset adapter is NOT compatible. If you have True Wireless, you're good to go. Until your headset dies mid-game and you can't switch to backup.

I highly recommend this case instead of a protective case/grip/case for the Xbox controller.

I love this OtterBox. It fits perfectly and works great on my controller and gives it a very good grip. I love that it comes with two grip options and the battery compartment is still accessible so I can change the battery without removing the case. I also bought a phone clip to use with the GamePass app and it works with the OtterBox case which is great.

Better than the rest but needs improvement

Overall I'm very happy with this controller. The cons, while annoying, aren't enough in my opinion to earn more than 1 star. Here are the pros and cons I wanted to highlight. Pros Build quality Handle structure Easy to assemble Cons The gray paint didn't stick to the handles when I opened the box. It's worth noting that after a few hours of first use, the gray color stopped rubbing off my hands. The grips are warm and make my hands sweaty compared to the stock XSX controller.
