Broke After A Week/Made So Cheaply

Again, I'm pretty sure it's made in China. Broke after a week of use. Also, it doesn't hold much detergent so it needs to be recharged after 2 or 3 uses. Useless thing, and it creates another brushing, because this brush needs to be cleaned even after use, right? What is not needed. Too many useless things create more dizziness that keeps the house. Simply the best.

Used to be great - cleaner

I've had one like this for a year (change bristles as needed) but have had to replace it when the material in the cap wears out and the soap is no longer used. dosed. I've since bought 2 and both broke within days/weeks of use. Both times the plastic screw connecting the dispenser to the replaceable brushes broke. It's really disappointing because it's such a smart design and it worked great before.

As others have said, the new design has flaws.

I saw two of these in a week. My favorite dishwashing brush for many years. They changed the design of the brush and the way it is held on the soap dispenser. Thought I might have overstayed the first one, due to my fault I bought two more. The next lasted a week before falling apart, tearing the threads for the tiny nipple and rendering it unusable. Don't worry, grab my backup brush and it broke in the same place as the last two out of the box. I won't be buying any more of these until they…

Will not buy from Housewares again

When I bought this brush I was very pleased that it had the ability to easily buy replacement brushes so you didn't have to buy a whole new set. and it will save you some money in the long run. but after constant use I'm just not happy with it. I would spend 2 euros more to buy another one. It uses WAY too much soap, we honestly used probably 4 times as much soap as we would use in the life of a slightly more expensive palm brush (so no savings really). I don't know, maybe we got a defective…

good industrial design, bad technical design

Form factor is good. cleans well dishes, pots, pans, countertops, the sink itself. and the bristles are stiff/hard but not scratchy. Unfortunately, the design of the soap dispenser part of this soap dispenser has flaws. In short, the soap is no longer issued. No pressure on the top "button" will cause the soap to splatter. At first I thought maybe the top button was pierced. or the soap I used was too thin, too thick, or too thin. but none of that. has something to do with design. The only way…

Improved model received on my order on 17/06/20

In the past the plastic thread holding the brush broke very easily. Otherwise a great brush. If you dilute the soap, it can also be spread well. Good news! The broken #4 brush replacement I just received is actually better made than in the past. Rather than molding the threaded brush holders out of clear, brittle plastic, they have a thicker and less brittle white plastic base glued to them. It appears to be the same material as the brush but more durable. Time will tell, but I'm glad the…

Well done OXO!: Cleaner

I'm sure you have increased your bottom line by $0.02 per unit on this item by switching to a new design that is probably cheaper and easier to manufacture than the previous one. old draft. Note that the old design had multiple ridges on the outer edge of the brush that screwed onto the soap dispenser portion of the brush, while the new design has a single spiral shaft in the bottom center of the soap. a dispenser that screws onto the base of the brush. The old design lasted ten years for me…

Design change ruins this product

I've been using these OXO cleansers for about 10 (if not more) years now. This has always been my favorite and one of those kitchen gadgets I couldn't be without. When I first started using these scrubbers they seemed to last forever, probably over 9 months. To be honest the only reason I would replace it was because the bristles are badly worn and dirty from years of use. About a year and a half ago something changed in the design of how the bottom of the scrubber attaches to the soap…

The new design is wrong!

The medium could not be loaded. Loved her for years. Reordered at the end of November and by Christmas it was broken. I taped the pole back but it ended up breaking and I can't fix it. I will order again but am a bit disappointed. I love all of my many Oxo products and thought this redesign would be a good idea, but it's a bit fragile. I'll try to explain: The old brushes are screwed into the base all around. They eventually wore out due to circular friction, putting pressure on the top half of
