I bought this item in 2013. It is used almost daily and still works. I love that the foil cutter is part of the unit so it's easy to find and works great. I also like that the device doesn't have a stand or loose parts. Minor complaint related to synthetic stoppers. Although they come out easily, sometimes they stay in the bottle opener. As expected, this electric wine bottle opener works great right out of the box. This makes it much easier to remove the cork from a wine bottle than with a manual corkscrew.
