It was very easy to set up and run and works well. I'll admit I've had a lot of problems with the phone company, which wasn't a problem with this device, but it was hardly ever used. However, they finally worked and now all my phones are ringing on one device that I can see and hear. Voice quality is decent, not great, but it manages to pack multiple lines into one phone.

The phone is packed with features, more than most of us will use. 20 years ago it would have been a $600 phone, times have changed, the world has gone wireless. IMO, you can't beat the sound quality of wired phones. Phone quality is excellent, no problem, plug and play. beautiful, clear and easy to read LED display. I was looking for a good home office phone after my previous one had problems after years of use. This Panasonic phone is easy to set up, easy to use, has an intuitive menu, lots of great features and decent sound quality. The only thing I would give less than five stars for is the speakerphone sound quality, which isn't as good as my previous office phone.
