Fits exactly like the original

could have been chosen This is a great replacement for Panavise's original sponges. If you don't need metal, this is a great and inexpensive replacement for damaged plastic sponges.

Pros
  • Hand Tools
Cons
  • The newer model

Fits perfectly with my old panaVise

Bought this little vise many years ago. I have used it many times and the original rubber sponges chewed badly. I'm so glad I found this replacement! I'm glad to know that the company continues to make parts for products purchased 20 or 30 years ago. The vise itself is in perfect condition. I recommend PanaVis.

Made in USA for Panavise 301, 303, 304 and 381

Depending on the projects you are working on these Panavise will last a few years or multiple projects. I had to replace the original sponges on my Panavise 381, but that's not the product's fault, it's more the years of use. Like most if not all (possibly) Panavise vises, these jaws are made in the United States of America. Brass, nylon and galvanized steel, so there are certainly Panavise sponges to choose from.

Pros
  • Power and Hand Tools
Cons
  • Very Expensive
