I'm a big fan of this cooler. Very durable and holds ice very well. This picture is before/after the radiator sat in a hot car for 8 hours on an 85 degree day. It has been opened several times to refill my other cooler with water. By far the best cooler I've ever had.

YES If you follow the instructions and pre-chill this fridge it will hold ice and cold really well for 8+ days. If you don't cool the cooler or whatever you put in it, LOLs, you failed because you didn't follow the instructions. If you store it in a pan at 90 F under the scorching sun, MALFUNCTION again. If you're smarter than Trump, this will work for you. The last comment is satire and should be understood as such.

Just received this cooler yesterday. Very disappointed with the state of my arrival. It was riddled with scratches and scuffs, very dirty, with visible manufacturing defects. I didn't expect that from Pelican coolers. I hope they do right with me. I have other Pelican coolers that I would rate 5 stars and this one will probably get the same but in the condition it arrived.

I dislike Yeti for several reasons. I've always loved Pelikan gun cases and have had great reviews of their coolers from other owners. This cooler is amazing. It's large for general use and built like a tank. A little heavy, but the weight is not an issue. Latches are the best I've seen on coolers. A few notes from other reviews. I'm giving 5 stars because I was impressed. I bought another brand of cooler that was only 20 liters. I took an ice bottle and put it in the previous cooler and in 24 hours it had about a half inch of ice water. It was a lifetime cooler and it says there is enough ice for 5 days. Simply the best non-cheap cooler. Where do I start, the construction is superb throughout, the bars are real bars and flow like hot oil, not those stupid rubber things on the yeti and mouth.
