Worked great on our 2008 Kia Spectra

. Did what it was supposed to do, although we were worried about something as "cheap" as it might work. Great tool. So glad we chose it.

Pros
  • . Made me feel good.
Cons
  • . Approximately

You will need this when replacing the inner tie rod

Works great. Facilitates the installation of round inner tie rods. If your tie rods don't have a flat surface to unscrew, you'll need this.

Pros
  • Good to use
Cons
  • Makes me nervous

Great item for tools and gear

I ordered this on May 29th and it arrived on June 3rd. Very fast delivery time. It's a lot stronger than I expected for the price. I would definitely recommend this tool to anyone who needs to replace their internal tie rods.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Contact Seller

Didn't work like the others

I tried removing the link from a '69 Vette (probably since 1969) and it wouldn't come off. I broke a few other pullers in the process, but this one really worked. The key is to fire the transmission bolt and the puller works fine. For some reason the other pullers were just junk and didn't work anyway.

Pros
  • Quick Change
Cons
  • Style 90

The neck and tube are too narrow and flat.

Multiple sizes of inner tie rod ends. But the neck is so flat that most internal drawbars will not fit or reach the "nut" at the end of the drawbar. Used it on a small car today, it had the correct adapter but due to the design and flat neck I couldn't get it to actually lock or reach the end of the inner tie rod. The tube is very long, but the end of the adapter (neck) is so flat that it doesn't reach the side of the adapter even on small cars.

Pros
  • Positive only
Cons
  • Something is wrong

Amazing!: Tools & Equipment

Worked on a 2014 Toyota Camry that for some strange reason has internal tie rods that don't fit the standard tie rod rental tool found at the auto parts store. I also used them inside my Lexus LS430. The benefit of this tool is that you can remove the inner and outer rods while they are still assembled, saving you some time and helping you find the length when installing the replacement. I was also able to easily tighten the new inner tie rods with this tool.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Working Speed

Be careful what you buy

bought to remove the bipod from the steering box in a '95 jeep. not correct. This is the smallest puller I've ever seen, it doesn't even slip out of your hand. It must be for a clown car or a small car. This puller design has been around for years, although I've never seen one that small I thought it was a joke. If you need a decent puller, get a Lisle 35 brand puller, or for a wrench that uses it regularly, a conical one. There's always the oxy-acetyl torch method and the puller for reallyโ€ฆ

Pros
  • I always liked
Cons
  • I'll be silent
