When I ordered the 285 thread count percale sheets I was curious to see the difference between them and the 415 thread count percale sets I ordered from Peru Pima last year. They were equal in quality and detail, and slightly lighter. They had the same fantastic packaging, they were very soft and a pleasure to sleep on. I sleep warm and this has kept me cool. They will be a great purchase for those looking for a lighter weight sheet. They wash great, don't shrink, and easily fit my 12" mattress

UPDATE: We've been using these sheets for 2 weeks and I can honestly say these are our favorite sheets. I look forward to bed because I love how incredibly comfortable it is. At first I was disappointed when I took the sheets out of the box (they were well packed by the way). They were as smooth as satin sheets. We prefer crispy percale leaves, so I brought them back. This is the second set of Peru Pima sheets I've bought. The first floor pan cracked after 2.5 years of use. It doesn't look like the sheets will last long but I bought a new set anyway as I really liked the first set. On the plus side, the new floorpan is very tight and doesn't move or clump. However, this set doesn't feel as cool as the first. Maybe they're covered in glue or something, and after a few washes, they get colder. I finally ordered this on sale after much percale research. This was a big disappointment. The slate gray and milky color were washed out, neither was a nice color, the sheets looked old because the color had washed out. The packaging is excellent but I didn't like the feel at first touch but it can change so I decided to keep a set and washed the pillowcase in the cold then ironed it well. abominable. the pillowcase is sewn a little twisted and the end cup is too wide so that it is not…
