Real carrying seems good, but the stroller is rubbish. The front wheels don't turn or move properly, making pushing a miserable and annoying experience. The handle is flimsy and flexible, and the plastic hinges in the folding mechanism are cheap and will no doubt break soon. We are trying to decide to keep the best and hope as we are on vacation and out of state or figure out how to ship it back. Such a disappointment.

I like the stretcher very much, the cat will not climb in it yet, one day it will learn, I like how the side, top and front open with open or closed lids and screens. My complaint about the stroller, I can't close the buckles, the strap that goes under the center of the stroller to hold the center is too short and causes the carrier to rock back and forth so I cut it off, very frustrating.
