Not sturdy enough; waste of money

According to my experience, this product did not live up to its promises.While it appeared to be a viable option for my dog's safety during travel, the harness was not STRONG enough to withstand even gentle tugs. Unfortunately, this purchase was a waste of money and i will not be buying from this brand again. As a hesitant buyer it's difficult to trust pet supplies that underperform when it comes to the safety of my furry friend..

Well made but sizes don't quite match

I bought this harness for my 9lb Maltese. I followed the measurement guide and they said an XS would be the correct fit. Unfortunately, the harness is still too big for my dog, despite the extremely tight straps. I tried sending a message to the company explaining the problem and asking if there was a smaller size, but the company didn't reply. That's not good customer service. However, the suspension is well made.
