Good for the money, but better buy better

I find these fans a bargain for the price, with good RGB and plenty of airflow. The fan motor isn't impressive though, which I think is to be expected. There is a humming noise from the motor that comes and goes which is very annoying, mostly around 700-1000 rpm. I run these fans very slowly at 400-500 as I have a lot of fans so I don't spin have to, but you should know about it. Overall good but motor noise isn't great, I'd prefer Be Quiet or Noctuas if RGB doesn't matter.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Almost everything included

These fans are a good budget choice for those looking for a full package of performance, noise and RGB if that's what you want. I paired them with a Phanteks P500A DRGB case and it works and looks great (I use Asus AURA Sync with fans and built in light bars inside the case). It took me a while to figure out that connecting a wide SATA cable to my PSU's port would fix my RGB lighting bug, even though I had been thinking the whole time that 3-pin serial connections should deliver RGB power. the…

I'm not sure why others say they are loud.

I have 6 of these in Montech Sky ONE. They pair very well with the included Montech ARGB fan. In the bios they are configured as PWM with a default fan curve. They are practically silent. ARGB is very bright. They use a different 3-pin ARGB connector than the standard 4-pin that most fans use. The kit includes a 3-pin fan splitter and cable to convert a 3-pin ARGB connector to a standard 4-pin ARGB connector. Everything you need is in the box. I am very happy with them so far. You've been…

Good inexpensive D-RGB/ARGB PWM fan

Pros: The included rubber mounts are easy to install and offer decent noise cancellation. The D-RGB backlight is bright and the transitions between the colors are smooth. Nothing compares to the more expensive ARGB fans but at this price point they are amazing! Airflow is pretty decent and quiet, keeping my CPU cool (I use fans on the CPU air cooler). Ability to daisy chain D-RGB products. it's great and easy. So far there are no strange noises or problems with ARGB LEDs. It comes with an…

RGB and good thermals at a great price

I recently bought a Phanteks P500A which comes with 3 x 140mm RGB front fans. I bought these fans to match the ones on the front so all the RGB lighting can be controlled from the case itself. The fans arrived undamaged and came with extra splitter cables to make installation easier. Daisy was easy to connect to the other case fans and overall it was easy. All 3 120mm fans I bought are used as exhaust fans and have proven to keep the right temperature. The noise level can be a bit higher than…
