Update: I got a replacement and it works great! The wrong one will be sent back. I have followed all the instructions and tried everything but this printer is not working for me. It connects and starts printing but it just beeps but the paper doesn't come out. Waste of $100!

I am so disappointed in this purchase. This is the third Phomemo printer I've tried. The first d30 labels were too small so I bought a bigger one but this one has the worst thermal paper selection. I cannot find any thermal paper that is not rigid for this printer. The continuous printer sucks because I always have to cut the labels myself. It's so frustrating that I can no longer return this product. The manual that came with this printer doesn't even list the sizes and types of thermal paper…

I prefer Phomemo for my business, I use their printers for product labeling, labeling bottles with instructions. I make lists to keep organized and even use my fomemo to make stickers to put on my packages to make it more fun for me and the customers I ship to. It's like. An optimization toy for adults. The newer model, the MO3, is wider, allowing you to do things that don't require restrictions. With my MO2s I felt like I was using a toy for fun in my shop, but this size feels more "grown up"…
