This circuit breaker was a total failure for me. I bought it for an industrial project and ended up having to replace it within days! The breaker was not designed for heavy loads, as it tripped repeatedly, causing damage and loss of work hours..

Product images show two #6 spade terminals, four brass washers and two mounting screws. After ordering two of these and not finding any accessories that didn't match the description, I contacted the seller who initially explained that nothing was included except the switch. After I referred the seller to their own item listing, the seller confirmed these items were missing. I will update if the seller conforms.
