While this monitor works as advertised, it is very large and heavy with a wide bezel (about 1 1/2 inches) that makes it look huge. It was too heavy for my swing arm stand. wakes up at night and sees a blue light from the monitor. There's no entrance, it's just not too light blue, basically enough to light up a small space. This is a review for a company, not a monitor. I had my PCT2435 for 2 years 11 months and the HDMI port broke. This was due to the fact that the HDMI cable was pushed through by the double swivel stand and after almost 3 years the connector was pushed into the monitor. So there is no way to use the monitor now. If you're not using the dual rotating stand as intended, that's probably fine. We requested a warranty repair but they refused because it was our fault. Bought as a replacement monitor for my wife's computer. The VESA mount was great (although I had to move the mount section down due to the different monitor sizes). Speaker volume is low (maybe I plugged it into the wrong audio port), loud enough to use. for Zoom meetings. I'm not sure how well the touchscreen works. Clean, bright and responsive, but crappy sound. The built-in webcam is also a bit lame and can't adjust the angle, which can be frustrating. Better pen support would be nice.

I reviewed their 24 inch product in detail. It's the same product but bigger. I can only imagine it being just as good as its smaller brother but with more surface area.

This is my second purchase of this monitor in less than a month. Both times the monitor arrived with fingerprints and grease marks on the screen. Naturally. This is disappointing as I paid full price for an unused product. However, I can't say anything about the durability since I'm using the replacement monitor for the first time today.

Colors look washed out. The supplied speakers are weak. The touch screen works well. It must be used with a stand; Otherwise it will be low because the height cannot be adjusted.

After getting a touchscreen laptop monitor, I was very happy to purchase a larger monitor that also had this feature. So far it has worked very well and there have been no problems. Good product!

I expected the monitor to last at least a year, but 6 months? Yesterday the monitor started crackling and there was only snow on the screen, turned it off and didn't get clear for hours but then the crackling and snowing started again. Not good.

The screen worked fine. Before turning off the screen, make sure the computer is turned off. My laptop screen can break if the flat panel turns off prematurely. Now I turn off the laptop and Planar before shutting down.

Great touch screen for Windows 8.1. Integrates well with my Surface Pro 3 for use as a desktop display. It features the best selection of video connectors, including the HD Display Port interface, which isn't found on many competing models. The volume is mediocre, but that's not why I bought it. HD resolution on a 27 inch screen was not a good idea. (Large pixels.) As expected. The touch screen is not pressure sensitive! It's no better than having a mouse for art programs like GIMP. Suddenly. The only shipping option costs about $150. I can't help it, I guess. The on-screen keyboard is smooth.

The stand shown in the specs is not included, false advertising and the company is too cheap to give you what it shows comes with it after I spent 500 on it Planar is a terrible company and wouldn't recommend anyone go you with Acer

I bought this touchscreen monitor because it has a built in webcam, microphone and speaker. The monitor turns off if you leave the computer on for several hours. sometimes it turns pink. I had to disconnect every time I encountered this problem. I have only used the item for 3 days and I have seen so many errors. This is a faulty item. Do not buy.

Huge iPad, works great with Windows 8, only downside is iPad-like glare. You can see yourself and the back of your office which is a plus.

I'm very surprised that after only 3 months of use the screen started flashing once, but after 5 months it's very frequent and it can turn off for 10 seconds at a time.
