Great product and outstanding customer service

I love how simple this software works! It's super intuitive once you get used to all of its features. The support team was extremely helpful as well when we had questions about our account or issues with their system. Their demo walkthroughs were very thorough in showing us everything they offer. They also have some great tutorials online if needed too. Pointilist is the tool we are using for all our project data collection

The tool allows us as an agency team member (and also our clients) have quick access of all data collected from different sources like social media or website visits in one place without having any IT support needed!The dashboard could be more intuitive but I guess this will come with time when we get used into using pointilists day by Day!!
