Very simple and User Friendly Product For Remote IT Support

The best thing about polar is that they are very easy, responsive & efficient in solving customer issues or problems with their products/services as well which makes your work easier by providing you better solutions for all of them! I have no complaints from my side regarding this product but just if i were given an option it would be great when we can see our data online so easily like other companies do? There's nothing much special here since its not really hard working software rather than

  • Allows sharing documents / screenshots directly
  • Very user friendly even beginners don't face difficulties understanding basic functions quickly
  • This enables smooth transition into professional areas further.
  • Saves lotsa valuable resources

Polar Help Desks makes keeping track and communicating much simpler

I like that it has been very easy for our team members using this software, since we can have all of their information in one place! The only thing is when you need more than 1 person looking at something (like an email), sometimes there are some delays before they come back up online again or even respond after being offline awhile. It's great though because most things don't require 2 people working together anymore - just make sure your employees know how to use everything properly so…
