Pads lasted a decent amount of time for what I used them for. Has held up well to my grinder. The holes align better than some of the more expensive pads I've used. I've sanded raw aluminum rims and each pad has lasted longer than I expected. I didn't soak the sand with it.

3 1/2 stars. The discs are not bad, but they clog easily and therefore have a very short lifespan. At best, I was only able to use them for about 8-10 minutes before they became unusable for sanding/polishing. Now I know why they come with 60 discs. I'll have to find something better next time.

I've used them on wood and varnish with both a random orbit sander and sanding block and they worked much better than I expected. I was expecting those cheap port freights that completely disintegrate once filled with material, but they worked really well. I probably won't finish them anytime soon, but I'll definitely buy them again when I get around to it.

This is excellent value for the quantity of product included in the kit. You get different grades of sandpaper, giving you different finish options for every surface you're working on. The inner faceplate alone is worth the cost of the kit. This works great on an internal bezel as you get a flat surface on the surface you are working on. I've been using this for several months and the pads hold up with regular use. Sandpaper elements are only cleaned with an air hose if they are still usable.

I bought an 8 year old cast iron table saw that was never used. It sat in an unconditioned barn for years and the cast iron table was covered in rust. I first tried an oil based rust remover spray and it got rid of the thickest rust but I wanted the top to be like new again so I figured sanding would help. These discs are no worse than others. I've worked a lot on them. None flew off, not torn. They worked well and lasted a long time - I've used many of them, all with different grits, and haven't thrown a single disc yet. Each has a still life for a different purpose. good value Someone mentioned they don't last long. I suppose that could be true if you didn't try to clean them and just throw them away. I've had great success just rinsing them off, or using them to soak up sand water and a little
