Frequency response: 100 Hz–20 kHz for handset, optional headset and hands-free speakerphone modes. Display: 3.5-in TFT LCD display at QVGA (320 x 240 pixel) resolution, 4:3 aspect ratio. Gesture-based, multitouch-capable, capacitive touch-screen. High-quality phone with excellent features

Based on my experience this phone is the perfect fit for any office electronic setup. With 12 lines, its easy to keep track of all calls, and the sound quality is great.Set up was also a breeze. The only downside is that it's a bit expensive, but it's definitely worth the investment for the long term. Overall, a great purchase for anyone in NEED of a top-notch office phone. Not new. already set up which cost us $$$ for IT.

This item was NOT new. It had a name on the phone and was already set up. IT spent about 2 hours with the phone company to reconfigure it and we ordered 2 of these so now they have to do it again. It ended up costing us extra money as she works as a consultant and is billed by the hour. Now that everything is set up the phone works great but I was about to buy a new phone so I'm not happy.
