Easy to process with 3D printing consumables

So far this has worked very well. It is very flexible but does not stretch too far. I use it on an Ender 3 Pro with a simple direct drive extruder rebuild. Bed: glass with glue stick, 60C. Nozzle: 220C. About 5-7% more flow compared to PLA. It definitely oozes more than PLA. Try to minimize movement in empty space. I was concerned that it would be more difficult to print with flexible materials, but no problems so far.

Pros
  • Easy to print and UV resistant TPU filament
Cons
  • Socket required

VERY Flexible TPU Filament

This filament is much softer and more flexible than other brands 95A TPU filament which makes me wonder what shore hardness really is as it seems to be a lot softer than 95A soft, it needs a very high flow rate for the extruder gears to really grab it and push it through, even at 140% flow I couldn't completely get rid of the under-extrusion with it. In general, this thread is too soft.

Pros
  • Tangle Free & Moisture Free
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Some problems but I like it. Very flexible.

It doesn't stick to the bed as well as advertised. I was able to get it running fine at 240C on an unheated blue tape bed at 15mm/s. The formula may have changed since it was first published. I saw a video on Youtube with a PolyFlex spec that differs from the recommended specs I received. without cutting the first few inches of thread.

Pros
  • Note
Cons
  • Expensive
