I love this product! First, it looks amazing, restrained and even elegant. And second, it works great. I followed the exact instructions, first soaking the white plastic block in hot water, assembled and voila! You turn it on - it flows, you turn it off - it stops. Instantly. Not a drop. I like it when everything works. Keeps me from grinding my teeth and squealing in bloodlust.

I just received my pot. Kombucha is the intended use. The jug itself is beautifully designed, 5 stars for the jug! 1 star deduction because of the whistle. Although the case is plastic, I went with the plastic case for a short time. It had both a white and a silver plastic faucet. I received a silver painted faucet. I was disappointed. I ordered a stainless steel spigot as I should have from the start!

For me it was a great water dispenser. I've had this for a few months now and haven't noticed any leaks or strong chemical smells. It cleans easily between water jugs, and the simple design means it blends in (as much as possible) with the kitchen backdrop. The box it comes in is not only a great dispenser but also a staple in my apartment. My cat lives in it. I can never throw it away It really is two in one. We both win. Well done Revvan. Spring. Not good for kombucha making so I sent it back because I wanted it for that. Gave 4 stars because it was a good pitcher and I think it would be good as a water dispenser. The problem with the kombucha shard is that it doesn't have a ridge on the hole for a rubber band to grab onto; The lip you see in the picture is actually a plastic ring that fits freely into the top. The hole on the jug itself tapers inward, allowing the elastic that holds the gauze in place while the kombucha ferments…
