They are very strong magnetically. The double-sided tape is very good, too. Just be very careful when separating them or using them, as they are very brittle. Slide them apart and be sure not to let them clap back together and use caution when sticking them to other metal or they will shatter.

These little guys are strong! Not too heavy but definitely heavier than your average magnet.However, these magnets are so strong I’ve had them snap together by accident and shatter or break when trying to pull them apart when first opening the package. One of the ten magnets I received was chipped before I opened the plastic case.I expected strong magnets, what I received are "just" strong enough to hold a paper to the fridge.They may be perfect for some applications but I expected more.

The adhesive wasn't strong enough for the power of the magnets. Maybe I didn't clean the surface well enough (I scrubbed it with window cleaner and thoroughly dried it) but one magnet pulled the other magnet off of the adhesive. I ended up going down another route for what I needed.

I'm using these for various projects. They're strong and do what I need. I've been extra careful with them and have also put tape over them in case they should break.

I needed a way to have a slide out grooming drawer close more securely on a newly installed vanity. There was always a gap that couldn't somehow be prevented. They are weaker than expected. I have no way to measure strength but they don't seem strong like N52. However they are strong enough that I don't want the hassle to send back.If I were to buy more I'd buy larger ones.The finish on them looked nice and arrived well packaged and in damaged. I purchased these to use with my MISTI and WRMK stamping platforms to hold paper down securely while stamping images. You want to keep the paper in place in case you need to re-stamp an image so as not to appear blurred or misaligned.Well, WOW. Do these work well. I'd lost the little round ones that typically come with the platforms (my guess is they're stuck to some piece of metal supplies I have!) Not as strong as I was expecting but they were cheap enough I wasnt worried about it. The lack of an N rating should have been an indicator that these werent the highest quality. These are not junk by any means, and work sufficiently for my particular application. If you want seriously strong magnets, look for something with some actual certified ratings. I needed a pair of bar magnets to keep a kitchen timer attached to a metal surface. These magnets are the perfect match of magnetic strength with double-sided foam adhesive. These are very strong magnets, when stuck to a reasonably thick piece of metal they are very hard to remove unless you have a thin piece of stiff plastic to slip under them. Not the best choice for fridge magnets or holding shower curtains as they are just too strong to easily remove. For a lot of other uses though, they are great, one can easily hold a heavy tool!
