INCLUDES: (1) Long Hold Down Push Block (2) Short Hold Down Push Blocks (1) Safe V Stick and (1) Straight Push Stick. BLOCK FUNCTION: Provides added hand safety while guiding wood for sawing and cutting - safety blocks allowing you to maintain a firm and steady downward pressure of the workpiece, without the bounce or chatter as it crosses the cutters blades. Everything you need. BE CAREFUL!

Use Them! Just cut my thumb with a new table saw after installing the slide. I made a rookie mistake by moving my arms until the blade stops! First injury in 50 years of woodworking. Please be careful!

Pros
  • INCLUDES: (1) Long Hold Pusher Block (2) Short Hold Pusher Blocks (1) Safe V Stick and (1) Straight Pusher Arm
Cons
  • Legacy Model

Increase safety when working with a table saw or planer

Recommended modification for pressure pads - drill and cut a few holes and set Nylon screws on the top. They provide an extra boost. Not my idea, found it on YouTube.

Pros
  • Essential protection for using a router table, planer, band saw, table saw and planer
Cons
  • Not safe

Very good quality at an affordable price

I've just received the set and first impressions are that the material from which all the different tools are made is very strong and not cheap plastic junk. I don't know what the material is made of, but it's very strong and light. The pads are made of a high-quality rubber compound that lasts a long time. Really want to start using them and will update this review if they turn out to be smaller than they seem. Happy sawing!

Pros
  • FUNCTION OF THE BLOCKS: Provides extra hand security when guiding wood for sawing and cutting - safety blocks hold the work piece down firmly and consistently without bouncing or vibrating as it crosses the saw blades
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

I was not sure. Best accessory

I had my doubts when I ordered this "Powertec" item. As other famous brands are so expensive. Well, these expensive branded items are for those who use them for a living, so they wear out their tools very quickly and need to replace more expensive tools. I'm not a professional, just a handyman. and these inexpensive tools come in very handy. It actually helped me complete my cuts and dado sets. SECURE! I say if you are an amateur like me but with confidence. The package arrived well packed in…

Pros
  • Orange for high visibility
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Safety First Accessory

This is a pretty solid push block/button set for the price. I used them on my table saw. , milling table and various other tools in the shop. pretty much anywhere my fingers are too close to the cutter. For new tool owners, unless you want a cool new moniker like Stubby, Digits, or something similar, these are the ones you should buy before you buy your first cutting board. But seriously, they can really help prevent serious accidents in a shop or garage, and for the price, that's not a…

Pros
  • HANDLE FUNCTION: Provides increased hand safety when guiding wood for sawing and trimming - The L-shaped handle (aka AV pusher) allows you to push the entire work piece through the blades and the standard straight push handle is great if you're short on space - both are slim and useful when working with small inventory
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

Works great and protects you.

After my dad got a little scared the last time I was in the garage and used a piece of plywood as a pusher. I decided to reassure my family by buying some safe pushers and sticks to protect my hands when working with wood. They're light but strong, and they kept my hands off the fast-moving metal blades, so I'd say they do their job well. Also, the bright orange suits my style, but more importantly, they're easy to find in the garage if you put them somewhere to work on something else and…

Pros
  • APPLICATION: Pushers are commonly used for end joining, plywood cutting, routing and other woodworking, and pushers are commonly used in combination with planers, table saws, router tables and molding machines
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Be active and keep your fingers crossed!

I've heard too many stories of people buying them AFTER an incident. I'm not alone. I will learn from their mistakes to save my fingers. I used a modified piece of wood as the pusher and while it worked well it didn't provide good downward pressure. The variety of what you get is good for most situations that you need on a table saw. I feel much more comfortable cutting Dado. Even though the blades don't cut through, they allow me to apply good pressure to the part without putting my fingers…

Pros
  • Rugged, durable plastic construction for long-term use; Rubber soles keep work secure
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Small price for safety

Advantages:1. Good Hard Plastic 2. Bright Orange. Easily found in the pile of sawdust, wood scraps and other tools lying around your bench3. Smooth and comfortable to hold. Cons: 1. Nobody. except the price is a little high.2. It would be nice if it came with a storage bag or something. Summary: I know you find it ridiculous to spend $20 on 5 pieces of injection molded plastic. i know what i did But god forbid you have a table saw injury, you pay 10x to 100x the hospital bill to sew your finger

Pros
  • Prevents kickback and protects hands and fingers from sharp cutting blades
Cons
  • Small parts
