Get those damn chainsaw clips.

Get 'em and kick butt for the rest of your life. Fully functional - vertical and horizontal cuts - yes. Strong clamp - yes. Firmly.

No worse than Festool for circular saws Accessories

I have several Festool clamps. I can't tell any difference in quality between the three. They are heavy and work very well.

My New Quick Release

Like most carpenters, I have many different types of clamps. There are other brands that are more expensive than me, but I wanted something more affordable when I brought the new MFT into the store. Will be getting a few more, great price and very solid. Works great with 20mm dog holes and my chainsaw bars. I would highly recommend them over the more expensive options.

They are suitable for saw blades, parts and accessories

These are functional clamps, my problem is that they are a little crooked. They hold the saw rail well, but the wood glue slips too much. They don't distribute the pressure evenly. I tried the Bessy and Festool version. Festools are the best, but insanely expensive. I could try Bessie again but sent the first one I tried because it was so crooked. It's much cheaper and potentially repairable. I'll try sanding the bottom stop and using a file on the inside of the movable arm.

Before trying Powertec, I only used another brand, but it was more expensive. Having used the Powertec clamp for several months, I can't find any reason why it could be of lower quality compared to a more expensive competitor. I sometimes use them to attach chainsaw guide bars (T-Nut). Both brands fit guides from Festool, Makita and Powertec. Manufacturing and…
