Unsurpassed quality. I use it to run a 1500w heater without heat build up in the cord or socket. Heaters are pretty sneaky, don't skimp on an extension cord.

The picture and description showed it to be 14AWG which is why I bought this particular extension. However, what I got was 16AWG (smaller gauge wires). I believe this would be considered false advertising.

They appear to be well built. However, they get sooo hot when I use my air conditioner for long hours. It was so hot that I immediately disconnected from the network. AC was only 1300 and nothing else was connected. Sorry, have to go back.

Very good heavy duty power cable. Very high-quality workmanship, not a cheap cable. I use it for a 120 volt heater and haven't had any issues with overly warm/hot connections. I've used it for up to 4 hours with the heater on without overheating.

I've been using the product for four days (nights) with my 12,000 BTU LG portable air conditioner and it seems to do the job I need. The air conditioning works continuously for about 10-12 hours a day. Garage 14, thick flat gray wire, 20 feet. It looks durable, doesn't heat up at all, sockets appear to be intact (with no arson and smell). Very happy with this product. Would recommend if you have similar needs.

Although this cable is designed for home appliances, I like to use it as a surge protector for my PC and gaming consoles. In this case, overdoing it is just as expensive as using a standard heavy-duty power tool cord, so why not? Also, it's not the bright orange color that usually comes out, which is a plus.
