When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was that the cord was dangling inside the box, as if someone had unwrapped it and accidentally put it back. Elements are missing, like this flat spatula that looks like a thing. I unfolded the light board and immediately noticed that it was flimsy and cheap. Also, the support is gone! Everything is fine except for the lamp stand. When I opened the package and pulled out the stand, it was slightly bent so I straightened it. Then, when I tried to use it, I found that you actually had to hold the light pad while trying to get your work done, and sometimes you needed a third hand to hold it while applying pressure while you put the diamonds on the canvas of the painting. In fact everything that came with the kit was of excellent quality and exceeded my expectations except for two different cases/pouches, unfortunately that's why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
