Makes every knife razor sharp

Between my chef's knives in the kitchen and my pocket knife collection, I have many knives that need an occasional sharpening. I've tried a few of the small and useless sharpeners and after many less than perfect results I'm pretty sure knife sharpening is either a skill I don't have or it's just not worth the effort. the sharp edge of an old knife. Very handy for sharpening planes and chisels

This is a water stone that requires soaking (5 minutes) before use. Stone. This means that the bond between abrasive grits is weaker, allowing dull grits to break in use, exposing fresh, sharp grits. This causes the stone to cut faster (it stays sharp), but it also means the surface of the stone wears down much faster, causing the surface to become uneven. Water stones are good for sharpening kitchen cutlery as well as pocket knives and carpentry tools such as planes and chisels.
