💪 High Performance 1/4-Inch Industrial Brass Coupler with 6-Ball Design and 1/4-Inch Female NPT Thread Review

Six Ball Quick Couplers shipped and delivered on time. Well packed. Used a lot but so far no leaks or problems. I replaced all the old 4 ball designs with them.

I replaced a 20 year old molded plug that was cracked and falling apart with this brass plug. I added some teflon tape to the threads and installed. Runs smoother than the old one and I doubt I'll ever have to buy a replacement again. Great value for money.

It's nice to have a six ball bearing mount for attached air tools, unlike cheaper three ball bearing mounts which tend to lose a bearing or two when as hoses and tools fall off floor over time. The couplings make a well-made and stable impression. Haven't had it long enough to comment on durability.

My old connection leaked so badly that I would unhook the device even if it only took a few seconds to stop the leak. This block is fairly durable and offers a solid connection. This device also has 6 bullets while my old one only had 4. It screws onto the hose with ease and all of my tools connect with ease.

This is the best air connector I have ever used. Does not leak and is the easiest to connect and disconnect from tools. Ball bearings are really important. Six ball bearings ensure the connector stays in place when moving in different directions. I'm not sure connectors with fewer bearings will be as strong. Connectors without ball bearings are strong, but are much more difficult to connect and disconnect with tools and are significantly cheaper.

looks good, many knurls are well made. but the pocket is broken. Male nipple is not fixed. As a retired quality controller, I had to do some research. My tools arrived and found that the bottom of the pocket hadn't been milled deep enough. You missed it by 0.0500 inches and this error is easy to fix during production while you inspect the product.
