This kit is pretty trashy. The broomstick often falls off and you have to step on the dustpan to make sure it's level with the ground to pick up all the dirt. Spend your money elsewhere.

This is a very handy dust and pet hair set. Lightweight but high enough not to bend. The shelf is deep enough so that nothing flies out when sweeping. A dust comb also helps. Plus the price was great!

Very good product. Poles and skillets and brooms are made up of three segments. You can attach all three or just two depending on what length of pole you prefer. The material is durable, the parts are firmly connected. The teeth in the pan will come in handy. I live with a shedding retriever and have never been able to get hair off the bristles of my previous broom. This system is great for that. I recommend this product.

So if you sweep dirt in and have to let go of it for a second, it will fall forward and dump all the dirt back onto the floor! The thing is not very well made. I've already thrown away all the packaging so I can't return it, but it will be donated to Goodwill.

This product is as disappointing as the customer service. Shovel / broom received quickly. You need to attach the handle to the shovel and broom. No problem, I thought. Cheap crappy plastic. Not durable at all. The bars are made of lightweight aluminum and consist of 3 parts that must be screwed together. The threaded ends are made from the same cheap plastic and can be easily snapped off if crossed or overtightened. Aluminum can be bent with one hand. The dust collector is also made of thin plastic. The broom and dustpan arrived with no damage to the box or the products inside. Both the broom and dustpan required a simple assembly of handles. never mind The broom has soft bristles but picks up dog hair and spilled sugar very easily and leaves no streaks of skipped sugar.
