Must have for video and photography

This soft box is big. Paired with the Godox SL-60 it produces beautiful soft light that can be used for video and photography. The best thing I take about this soft box is how quickly I can set it up. It's just like an umbrella. You'll have to use a little force but it's better than the other options I've seen.

need answers please

what light is compatible, is a mount needed? what stand is compatible, is a mount needed? thought it came with both, should be made more clear it's only a the soft box without a light and without a stand. please followup with what light and stand is compatible. Customers want plug and play, so if it isn't everything in the pictures and video, make new pictures and video. thanks.

Great product for the price!

I now take this with me for most of my outdoor shoots. Easy to assemble and fold when done. Also comes with a nice carrying case.

Very nice! best in my review

I didn't realize that this softbox was that big when I bought it!The build is very solid and very sturdy.I haven't used it yet but I believe it will do the job!

Lack of Quality Control

Having many light modifiers from a variety of well known brands the Lack of Quality Control on these softboxes are a joke. A light modifier should NOT LEAK LIGHT especially from the seams due to low quality or single stitching.Before posting this review, reached out to Selens for a solution and they just gave me the runaround, this is a Selens product and a company should back their products be it purchased here on amazon or elsewhere online.Please see photos.

Mine no longer opens. Bad spring mechanism

I think the little spring that keeps the softbox open is too displaces and breaks too easily for this softbox to be worth this much. Mine no longer opens . I've only used it a handful of times. During a wedding shoot for B&G sunset photos, it wouldn't stay open. Such a bad time for the spring to malfunction. Not reliable.
