I bought a lot of these to add drawers to my workshop. I've used 8 of these so far and at least one ball bearing (sometimes 4 or 5) has fallen out of each and then jammed the box. No box is smooth anymore. I'll try manually bending the cages to get a better grip on the balls and see if that helps. If not I will stop installing and just buy another brand.

These are very, very good slides. I used four sets of ten packs over the weekend. The quality is as good as the premium slides I've used in the past. Full extension with good value for money. You will need exactly 1 inch of extra clearance (1/2 on each side) from your drawers when mounting directly to cabinet walls. I bought these 22" slides for ten large garage drawers. They arrived in a worn £36 USPS flat rate box. Inside they were packed in another box with shipping tapes and arrived safely.
