I love that it is easy to use and has all of my information in one place. It also makes scheduling appointments with patients very simple as well! I like that it is easy to use since its intuitive design makes learning very fast! It has all of my information in one place so i dont have multiple files with info from different doctors or other providers scattered around me file cabinet etc..It also integrates well into our billing software which helps make things easier when doing claims processing aswell (since we are an HMO). I like that you can use it in multiple ways with different features to meet your needs. There are many helpful tools including templates which is great if you need them right away or have people who will be using this program daily who could benefit from them being there when needed. It's quick to navigate through patient screens with all of their info in one area vs having it spread out throughout multiple apps or windows!
