MetricAlive offers great tools and insights to help with your business

I like that it is easy for our team members who use this software daily as well those in other departments within my organization too understand what we're looking at when using these metrics or reports from them (as they have been very helpful). Nothing really but maybe more options would make things easier? It's not bad though! Just some slight improvements here could do wonders :) Great tool if used correctly by everyone involved - internal/external users alike!! My staff has learned how…

  • The accessibility of the software and the accessibility of the reports and data available as well
Cons
  • Nothing really at this point, i will say it's difficult to find certain reports for certain data but the software has made this all very doable and the data available is very beneficial overall
