Wow after reading the reviews v I couldn't believe it I also ordered 14 said 14 on the box but the sandals in it were 13 backordered hope this time i get a14? no the same 14 on the box 13 back in the box ?

It's a size 13 but 11.5 inches is too small and narrow. I'm 6'4" and have been buying bigger sandals and shoes my entire life. This purchase is probably one of the worst products I've come across, photos are attached for proof spend your money elsewhere.

The color is what I expected. They are very soft, but too big. I wear a size 7.5 and was afraid that a size 7 would be too small, so I went for a size 8. They are huge and my feet float in them. I will return them and order 7 and hope for the best.

I was so excited to receive this until I opened the box and saw the size 12 box was a size 11. I tried them on and actually didn't fit. My feet fit me as I knew a SIZE 11 wouldn't fit so I ordered a SIZE 12. I will not be returning as I used this as an opportunity to bless someone with free sandals but please check the quality of your items before shipping!

I ordered size 10. The box said size 10 but the sandals were a size 9. Son in Norway. The box took forever to get there and only told me they are small because they are 9 and not 10. I will order another pair - they ship to Norway. Don't force him to send it back for a refund. How can you help with this error?

Ordered size 10 US for a man for my grandfather who lives abroad. I'm a size 9. The product claims to be unisex, not even close. She asked me to try on my husband who is a size 10 himself. His whole heel dangled. Guys, don't order here. You will be extremely disappointed by the claims. Maybe women can order but in the description the word unisex needs to be changed. To return. Do you still need a gift for grandpa abroad. Extremely uncomfortable.
